2. Upon your application, a Palms' representative will notify you of your approval status. If your application is approved, we will send you our Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) via certified mail. |

3. A Palms' representative will follow up with you to ensure that you received the UFDD and to answer any questions you may have. |

4. Upon final review of the UFDD and after all questions have been answered, the Franchise Agreement can be signed. |

5. After receipt of your signed Franchise Agreement, we will begin assisting you in obtaining the necessary build-out/construction financing, if needed, from a third-party vendor, such as The SBA (Small Business Administration). |

6. We will then begin to assist you with territory selection to fit your lifestyle demands. |

7. Once your territory has been secured, we will begin identifying strong potential retail sites within that territory for your Palms Tanning Resort. |

8. Once your retail site has been selected, we will assist you with all lease negotiations. We work with the very best commercial real estate companies in the country, who are able to find us and help us secure the finest retail locations around the country. |

9. When your lease has been signed, we will begin the design and build-out process for your store. We will guide you through the whole process - from working with the architects and general contractor, to obtaining all permits, and to making sure the build-out schedule is being met at all times. |

The Palms Tanning Resort offers only the finest tanning beds in the world. All of our locations carry the same kind of tanning beds and our locations continue to replace our tanning beds every few years to offer our clients the very latest in indoor tanning technology.
If you are choosing to finance your Palms Tanning Resort franchise, the SBA in most cases will finance your entire Palms Tanning Resort franchise, including the tanning beds.
